Shocking highlights on recent Alex crimes

The war against crime is far from over

Alex Reporter has filled three recent crime incidents committed in the very short of space involving guns, thugs and robbery!

 

(1)

An Alex man was robbed of his black Huawei P Smart phone valued at R6000,00, a Sinotec Sound Bar valued at R1450,00 and a 32 inche Telefunken Plasma TV valued at R3000,00.

 

The incident occurred at 14th avenue around 3am.

 

An armed man opened a locked burglar door, pointed the victim with a firearm and tied him with a lace from his short pants before ransacking his room

 

(2)

Two female employees at Alex Plaza Pep store were robbed of 143 cell phones valued at R166,567,00.

 

Two male thugs entered the stored when it had just opened and pointed the workers with a firearm before demanding phones.

 

(3)

A male thug entered a house at Rhino Crescent in West Bank ,fired one shot and missed a male victim. When the victim screamed calling the police,the thug fled the scene!

 

The incident happened in the night while the victim was still frying chips.

 

How the thug managed to gain entry in the highly secured house is still a shocking mystery.

 

All these crimes were confirmed by the Alex police spokesperson, Sergeant Mbatha.
