Tsutsumani Engen garage Petrol Attendant appeared before Alexandra Magistrate’s Court on 05 October 2021 for the suspected murder of Alex dancer.

It is alleged that the knife that was used to kill the local dancer, Sandile ‘Farrakhan’ Ngadla belonged to one of his fellow dancers.

After the suspect stabbed the victim, he allegedly ran to Nongoma, KZN. And then the police drove about seven hours to look for him until they found him.

The suspect, who worked at the Tsutsumani Engen garage, is accused of stabbing two dancers two weeks ago.

The incident occurred at the suspect’s work site on September 26, 2021.

It is understood that the Pantsula dancers from River Park, were stuck with gasoline and went to the garage to purchase R50 gasoline.

They apparently started arguing with the gas man when they were not given the help they needed. It’s alleged that the suspect refused to help them after allegedly informing them that it was against the law to buy petrol using a bottle.

One dancer was stabbed and died from his injuries in Edenvale Hospital, while the other suffered minor injuries.

The next day, angry members of the community, led by mothers, protested at the garage and demanded answers from the garage bosses.

That day, they told Alex Reporter that they would demonstrate until the culprit was apprehended and brought back to Alexandra.

There was a heavy police presence who used rubber bullets after the demonstrators burned tyres at the entrance to the garage.
