Flavio was married to his blood sister, who he allegedly cut into pieces for financial benefits

The death of Tshepang Reabetswe (22), whose chopped body was found in a fridge, has resulted in many shocking developments.

 

Alex Reporter has been reliably informed that Flavio Hlabangwane, 26 and Tshepang, were not only lovers, but blood siblings.

 

His mother and the deceased’s mother are blood sisters, which also makes them siblings (cousins).

Both were not expected to be involved in romantic love, according to African culture as both were members of the same family.

 

Our deep throat alleged that Tshepang and her handicapped sibling were raised by Flavio’s mother, Grace.

 

According to the mole, Tshepang’s mom had been working as a nurse in London for over 20 years. When she died , Tshepang was the beneficiaries. She had to be paid million pounds.

 

According to the reliable source, both fell in love and moved to stay together, the relationship which was regarded as taboo.

The informant said she was disappointed and troubled when Grace agreed to the relationship between the two.

 

When Tshepang was savagely murdered, she had just allegedly received millions, her mother left her. And Flavio, who holds a master’s degree from Wits, had claimed to have purchased a car and a town house with some of the money believed to be from the deceased.

Grace confirmed at the Sowetan that she had been told the good news. After allegedly buying a house, he organized a family gathering and was due to see his mother on the day of his arrest.

 

He wanted to announce the good news that he bought a place and wanted them to see it.

 

And his mother was over the moon with the news. Before he was arrested, he had expanded his family three rooms by another five rooms.

 

He had lied to his mother that he lived in Randburg, but his mother was surprised when she found out that he stayed in Protea Glen.

He appeared in court on murder charge after his new girlfriend found a pair of arms and legs stored in the deep freezer compartment of his fridge.

 

Grace described her son as is clever, but has no friends since he is introverted.
On Friday, he wrote his last of 13 exams related to actuarial science.

His room has ten best academic trophies lined up against the wall. .

He obtained 100% for mathematics when he passed matrc in 2012. That is in addition to three other distinctions he received. He was a head boy at the Immaculata Secondary School.

 

The company known as De Beers paid for his Saturday school classes from grade 10 to 12.

 

Grace saw her son handcuffed in hospital.

 

“I just went to him and hugged him from behind. He turned around and hugged me back and cried, saying he was sorry,” said the mother.

 

Over the weekend, Flavio’s landlord in Protea Glen said that he knew his girlfriend and that he saw her often since he moved into his property in July last year.

 

“We knew the girl. We were familiar with her. But we do not know if it was [her] body parts which were found in my son’s rented room. Just like everyone else, we are waiting for the DNA results to confirm who the body parts belong to,” said the landlord.

 

Police spokesperson Brig Brenda Muridili said the body parts will be sent to the forensic science laboratory for identification.

 

Grace described her son as humble and quiet, and said that every fibre of her failed to comprehend the allegations against him.

 

Flavio, who was trying to end his life at the time of his arrest by stabbing himself in the neck with a sharp object, seemed a bit confused in court.

 

He told the court that he would be acquiring the services of the Legal Aid Board.

He looked around at the courtroom gallery as though he expected to see a familiar face. However, no relatives were present.

He was remanded in custody until 22 November 2021 to apply for legal representation with Legal Aid South Africa (LASA).
