Fannie Chankie Masilela never had happy, yet alone ordinary life in his youth. His parents died when he was 11, resulting in him experiencing terrible lifestyle.

The now 29-year-old orphan based in Alexandra, has seen it all, from destitution to  horrific scenes detailed in his must-read book titled ‘God Raised Me‘.

The book, warns about the dangers of  masturbation, porn and selling your soul to the devil subject, amongst others. However, Fannie was not personally involved in those things!

Fannie was born to Ephraim Masilela and Johannah Bestenbier in Lydenburg Hospital, Mpumalanga.

He describes his debut book as a great work. The book, he says, is about his journey as an orphaned lad who was forced to leave abnormal lifestyle.

“It caters for topics such as ‘I sold my soul to the devil, the government, Satanism in jails, the danger of motivational speakers who opened churches and Satanic churches.

“It talks about my bumpy childhood,  the danger  of masturbation and pornography. God took over from where my parents left and raised me.

“I grew up in the streets as an orphan. My parents died and left me behind with my siblings. I came across a lot of challenges. But God appeared to me when I was 17 years old and stirred up my faith in Him.”

Fannie states that the book also provides complete details about ancestors and demons.

The book also reveals the deception in the body of Christ, where gays and lesbians generally exist, as though Christianity allowed it.

God Raised Me‘ answers the controversial question as to why a normal person becomes homosexual.

While the author covers love and marriage, he also encourages people to forgive all the wrongs inflicted on them.

He also warns against the danger of divorce, cautioned people to repent, and stressed that Jesus Christ would come back at every moment from now on.

Published by Chillidave Publishers in December 2021, it has 250 pages.

Through this treatise he says he wants people in Alexandra and all over the world to know that Jesus Christ exists.

“And God’s ears are just perfect to hear, for only those who obey Him and who don’t mix Him,” he says.
