TK narrowly escaped following an armed robbery.

The incident occurred on Sunday around 4:30 at 17th Avenues (Vasco)

He told Alex Reporter that the robbery occurred next to where his in-laws and kids lived.

He said he was approached by four men who asked for a lighter.

“I told them I didn’t smoke but would go and ask at the house, of which I did.”

The radio guru said when he came back, two male thugs emerged from nowhere and ambushed him.

They pointed him with a gun and a knife before they mugged him on his phone.

TK warned young people to refrain from crime.

“Crime does not pay. Young people must not engage in criminal activities, because this is what you are going to get.

“They must instead engage in activities that will make them better people.”
