“Young talented musicians must know that everything comes from God. They have to show more respect for the gift they receive and they have to share that gift with a pure heart to their fans.

“They must know their targets and be more respectful of them. Giving people good music that cures them at all times is the best, “says Sihle Mdletshe, one of the youngest gifted gospel musos, who has just released his 11-track debut album.

A native of Umhlabuyalingana, Manguzi in KZN, Sihle is not only a singer, but also an anointed minister of God’s Word through music.

“I would like to see myself having an immense platform to share the Word of God globally. My other aim is to write more good music that heals the broken heart,” he said.

Born in 1998, he studied at Inkosi Justice High School and finished high school at Zenzeleni High School in 2016).

Sihle began singing in church at the age of 10. When he was in elementary school, he received invitations to perform at a variety of events, including graduation ceremonies and schools.

His talent gained recognition in high school and teachers began to pay attention until he became a celebrated boy.

He continued to perform at various schools throughout the region. He was one of the young musicians who spearheaded cultural activities. In 2016, after completing his matric, he started to compose songs and record them professionally. .

His wish, he tells Alex Reporter, is to continue to work hard and hone his skills as he wants to be the best at his job.

He also wants to improve himself to be able to sing in a variety of genres like Afro Gospel, Jazz Gospel, House Gospel, and more.

Sihle is a humble artist who is interested in seeing others succeed.

“I wish to see other people being faithful to each others and work in harmony, because an artist should love peace,” he said .

For two years, Sihle has been working with many radio stations such as Nongoma FM, UGU radio, Umusa FM, Life FM, Inanda FM, Ntuzuma FM, etc.

“These radio stations gave me a great deal of support and showcased my talent.

“I started getting features from various artists due to the exposure ,” he said.

His musical video of the song Ngiphakamele Jesu was welcomed by the masses.

In the video clip, Sihle has worked with Sibusiso Mbonambi (uMhlabuyalingana’s professional video editor) ,and for many years, the two have worked together on live interviews.

He says the music video started to gain momentum and continued to be loved by many people.

“And at community radios, there was a lot of talks about the video,” he said.

Sihle thanks the following media houses and practioners to have supported his work: Jozini Media, Johannesburg’s SM radio station, Sihle Mnguni from 1KZN TV, LM radio from Mozambique, EBS from Namibia, Touch radio from Kenya, Sun Radio from Zambia, Ikwekwezi FM, Ikasie FM,I langa newspaper, Daily Sun, News 24, Celebrity Breeze, SABC, Ligwalagwala FM, Gagasi FM, etc. This revert back as the blessing to Sihle.
