Former Commissioner for the 4th Industrial Revolution Mpho Dagada on Saturday formally launched his own political party known as Arise SA.

Arise SA seeks to revolutionize politics and bring about change in South Africa, the party said.

Dagada ( 29 ) who grew up in Venda, Limpopo province, has already proven himself locally and globally that he is a leader.

He says he is committed to change things in South Africa if elected in 2024.

He said that the mission of establishing his own political party was to ensure that youth in South Africa had a voice and that their ideas were heard.

The political party said that this would create an environment where businesses could flourish and where employment opportunities would be abundant for everyone.

“ Arise South Africa will focus on creating effective solutions such as harnessing blockchain technology and artificial intelligence,” said Dagada, adding that fighting rampant corruption and crime in the country were their priorities.

He added that their mission is to innovate, address issues and promote responsive government through youth and progressive leadership.

“ We believe that it is our responsibility as the youth to stand up for what we believe in. We must fight for a better future for ourselves and our children,” he said.
