A man in Uganda who consumed a lethal potion to improve his performance in bed could not get his manhood to go down again for four days.
After all attempts to lower the flag failed he was wheeled into Lifeline International Hospital in Zana near Kampala nursing his erection.
The brew that he consumed was a mixture of the herb mukombelo and sildenafil, also known as viagra.
The man was treated by Dr. Emma Sserunjogi, who soon learned that the patient had “consumed herbs and he [was] erected for four days”.

Mukombero is a herb in Uganda that is believed to bring steam under the sheets. Men in Uganda flock to informal traders selling the herb to ramp up their sex drive.
But health experts in that country have warned that the herb could make users impotent or result in death.
And sometimes you can have too much of a good thing.
A growing number of herbal supplements purporting to address erectile dysfunction contain hidden ingredients that could endanger people’s health, experts have warned.
Despite these warnings, men from many different parts of Africa use the herbs to improve their performance.
