Former Kaizer Chiefs player killed for stealing cables in Alex

A man reportedly killed on Thursday by a mob in Tsutsumani, Alexandra is a former football star turned drug addict.

It is alleged he was trying to steal electrical cords before he was attacked.

The victim is alleged to have been a former Kaizer Chiefs player, Lucky Maselesele.

According to the source, Maselesele was stealing to fuel his drug problem.

Another source said a pit bull dog was released to chase him.

It’s also alleged two ladies used  stones to kill him.

“It might be another version of the story,” said second source.

Police have confirmed the arrest of two persons in connection with the murder.

“Alexandra Detectives are  investigating a murder case.
