Moshe Matlaila, who lives at Ruth in Alex, is an alleged local gang member who has terrorized the Alex community.
According to the police, he allegedly shot his girlfriend in the hand and other people.
On February 9th, the police went to look for him at his place. Moshe saw the police while he was in another room, fired shots at them, and ran away.
Yesterday, he surrendered himself to the police after coming to his senses.
He allegedly told the police that when he fired at them, he thought it was a group of gang members hunting him.
He is charged with three attempted murder cases.
The gun he used was allegedly owned by his late father.
