A speeding vehicle (model not provided) crashed into a taxi driver and killed him instantly.

According to a JMPD source, the driver immediately fled and has yet to be found.

The accident occurred around 10 PM last night (May 11, 2021) at M1 South, next to the Booysen off-ramp.

“The taxi had parked on a high-speed lane after a breakdown and the little car came flying.

“The driver was standing outside when the car hit and killed him immediately because there was no triangle,” a source said.
