The following men of God shocked everyone! Are they true pastors or is the devil trying to convince us that there is no real man of God?

These pastors have put the Christian faith in disrepute!

ONE

 

Motivational speaker and pastor Sthembiso Zondo, who also worked for Ukhozi FM, was in the news in 2015 when a video of him walking naked at home became viral. A female beside him was seen sitting on the couch.

 

But one can always wonder how the video ended up with the public. After the incident, the pastor was allegedly always seen drinking beer.

 

TWO

In 2015, Prophet Penuel Mnguni of the End Times Disciples Ministries in Soshanguve made headlines for feeding his ccongregantswith snakes, rats, ccockroaches and poisonous flowers.

 

THREE

Pastor Lethabo Rabalago of Mount Zion General Assembly in Limpopo was convicted in February 2018 on four counts of assault. Rabalago is notoriously famous for using Doom to cure sickness!

 

FOUR

Pastor Lesego Daniel of Rabboni Center Ministries in Garankuwa, made the front page in 2018 when he made his followers eat grass. He also got them to drink petrol.

 

FIVE

Nigerian pastor Timothy Omotoso of Jesus Dominion International was arrested in 2017 and faces 48 charges of rape, human trafficking, sexual assault, amongst others.

 

SIX

Pastor Alph Lukau of Alleluia Ministries based in Kramerville, Johannesburg, claimed that he resurrected a dead man.

 

SEVEN

In March 2021, the Mail&Guardian has reported that Shepherd Bushiri ‘Major 1’ of Enlightened Christian Gathering, faces 8 counts of rape. Bushiri is accused of raping women as young as 16, money laundering, jumping bail and escaping from the country in November 2020, among others.

 

EIGHT

Pope Tsietsi Makiti of the Gobola Church of All Nations, based at Orange Farm, was arrested in 2020 for allegedly breaking the COVID-19 lockdown regulations.

 

Every member of his church is required to drink beer. In this church, only drunkards are welcome.

 

During his interview with News Afrika’s Thabo Mdluli, Makiti argued:

 

“At Gabola Church, you bring the liquor of your choice and the pastor will bless the liquor so that it will not be poisonous. We connect with God by drinking beer.

 

“Our church, which is guided by the Holy Spirit and ancestors, is here to stay.

 

“You’re telling us not to touch alcohol when you’re disinfecting your hands with alcohol… that’s a big contradiction.”

 

Nine

On May 2021, Bishop Zondo of Rivers of Waters Ministries appeared before the Magistrates Court for rape. He is also alleged to have received nude photos of married women.

 

The CRL Commission learned in November 2020 that Zondo allegedly slept with members of its group.

TEN

Pastor Mpfariseni Mukhuba of Unity Fellowship Church based in Soweto, was arrested for violating the Disaster Management Act.

 

After that, Mukhuba prayed a controversial prayer wishing the officers who arrested her to die. “God, kill them one by one.”

 

ELEVEN

 

Bishop Israel Makamu of Hope Bible Church was arrested for sexual assault in May 2021 and released on 2000 bail.

 

This is a never-ending list! Now, who do we trust?
