Six people were killed and six others were injured in a terrible car accident on route D98 in the village of Ximixoni in Malamulele in Vhembe, Limpopo province.
It is alleged that a driver of a Toyota loading van was driving at high speed, lost control and hit a house.
Six passengers identified as learners who reportedly hitchhiked from the school were killed at the scene.
The deceased consist of five men and a woman. The Van driver was rushed to the local hospital in critical condition, two passengers sustained serious injuries and three were able to escape with minor injuries.
