South African men with problems, challenges or anything related to them, will now be able to talk to a friend who will never judge or expose them.
This after a WhatsApp church called ‘Healing Center For Men’ was formed in 2020 to provide professional guidance to men.
The forum’s founder, Jabulani Mabasa, affectionately known as DJ Jepper Jackson, said the forum would tackle the issues faced by men in their marriages, relationships, workplaces, for example.
However, sex subjects such as how to make her reach more orgasms; how to satisfy her in bed; how stop cheating; how to be romantic as a man; and how to create a lasting relationship, amongst others, will be given priority.
Jepper said that men experiencing depression, divorce, health problems and any urgent problems, would be helped for free by professional guests.
Discussions on the issues raised will take place primarily from 7:00am to 8:00pm each day.
“In this forum, we provide men with the platform to share their challenges because we want to try to help each other.
“Our main goal is to reduce the amount of spousal abuse, child abuse, murder, suicide and depression that men face every day.”
Men over 18 who have issues, are expected to write privately to the admin group. The administrator will then split the question into the group without revealing the sender’s identity.
“We are blessed because all our guests are professionals in their line of work.
“And what’s more encouraging is that they provide solutions for free.
“There are many men who give private commentary on how they were helped,” said Jepper.
“We wish above all to live in peace and be blessed amidst the challenges.
“Therefore, I humbly ask that, despite the challenges we can face as men, we should not kill or hit women because real men protect,” he stressed.
According to a World Health Organization survey, 60,000 women and children are victims of domestic violence in South Africa.
Of the women who had a violent relationship, 45.9 per cent reported being injured.
According to the Africacheck.org fact sheet, published on August 4, 2020, the police recorded 42,289 rapes in 2019-2020, up from 41,583 in 2018-2019.
This means the police recorded an average of 116 rapes each day.
Arguments and misunderstandings were the primary causes of murder when a motive could be identified.
The report states that spousal violence is the second common cause of murder.
In 2019-20, 2,695 females were killed in South Africa, compared to 2,771 in 2018-19.
That means a woman gets killed every 3 hours. According to this report, 943 children were killed.
The urgent question is, who are the true culprits in all these murders?
Of course and no doubt, men are to blame!
