The ANC is not obeying the constitution of South Africa .
There’s a Constitution which details a Bill of rights, a cornerstone of our Democracy in South Africa which inshrines the rights of all the people in the land.
For the former president Jacob Zuma to have undermined the constitution is an insult and a damage to our democracy!
The bill of rights applies to all laws and also binds the legislature, the executive, the judiciary and organs of state .
Zuma and Ace ( Magashule) as well as other ANC leaders, are showing the constitution with a middle finger.!
I am not sure what do they expect the people or the voters to do?
Every one is equal before the Law ,no matter your status.
But what we are witnessing seems like the ANC leaders are above the law.
What they are doing is nonsensical.
Therefore,the voters out there need to see that the ANC is doing rubbish!!
