In an effort to combat inefficiency, fraud, and corruption, JOSHCO has undergone a
transformative journey from a paper-based application process to a cutting-edge leasing app.

The previous system, while user-friendly, left a glaring loophole for fraudulent activities, and
contributed to delays in the application process.

Recognizing the need for change, JOSHCO’s new leasing app aims to revolutionize the application process, significantly reducing
turnaround times and eliminating the possibilities of corruption and fraud.

The transition from a paper-based to a digital platform addresses the long-standing issues associated with the traditional method.

The secure data-keeping record that was once a hallmark of the paper process remains intact but with added layers of security and reliability.

The new app streamlines the application process and ensures that sensitive information is
kept secure and managed efficiently.
